The build process is enhanced by the use of a riveted aluminium frame and a honeycomb floor in order to increase the strength and integrity of the caravan.

Legion Caravans as a company understands that the needs of the market are as diverse as the caravanners who enjoy the travelling lifestyle.
Because of this Legion Caravans offer two different build methods to our customers in order to better suit their needs and lifestyle.
Our traditional timber frame build is built by expert caravan builders who have been doing so for decades. The vans are robust, durable and reliable.
Our aluminium frame is crafted by technicians and welders with extensive industry experience, providing customers with an extremely strong,
level, structural build. We have acquired a state of the art aircraft grade Henrob self piercing riveting machine to further enhance of build process.
Legion Caravans take pride in all that we manufacture and ensure that we maintain control of our build by keeping factors of production
in house including our own upholstery factory.
